CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES 01 November 2011 - 19 December 2011 Cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.
20 December 2011 - 15 January 2012 Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival or No-Show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
16 January 2012 - 30 April 2012 Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.
01 May 2012 - 31 October 2012 Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.
EARLY CHECK-OUT 100% of total booking amount will be charge.

tax. • Rates base on single or double occupancy and

staying in Deluxe Pool Access is entirely responsible by
parent/family. • Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time
is 12 noon. • Baby cot is free of charge. • Visa and MasterCard are

• Compulsory New Year Eve buffet dinner on 31 December 2011; adults at THB 4,700 net per person and child (4-12 years) at THB 2,350 net per person. Child under 4 years is free of charge. Rates are exclusive in the room rate as above mentioned, however are inclusive of tax and service charge.
